Week 1: Initial Call and Design Discussion
We’ll start with a quick chat to go over your goals, intended audience, and theme of your site. I’ll gather any existing content, branding, or examples you have, and help clarify what’s needed (and what’s not).
By the end of this week, we’ll have a clear structure and plan for the site.
Week 2: Site Draft
We’ll build the core structure of the website inlcuding desired pages, navigation, layout and begin placing draft content. This includes light editing or guidance to help your message feel clear and natural.
We’ll gather feedback and change requests before we move forward.
Week 3: Final Design and Review
The visual design is refined for clarity, readability, and accessibility. I’ll make adjustments based on feedback, ensure the site works well on mobile, and smooth out any rough edges.
Week 4 (if needed): Final Review & Launch
We do a final walkthrough together, handle any small tweaks, and prepare for launch. I take care of technical setup so everything is running smoothly.
Ensure domain, business email, payment processors, etc. are synced properly
Once launched, you’ll receive simple guidance on how to request future changes.
Ongoing (Optional): Website Care & Management
If you choose ongoing care, I handle updates, small edits, and general maintenance so your site continues to work quietly in the background.
